Reuben Willard

President

Reuben is a professional pilot and holds a Bachelors degree in General Ministry and Aviation from Central Christian College of Kansas (CCC).  He serves in the children’s ministry at his church and enjoys hosting friends and family at his home in Midland, TX.  Reuben has been married to Kendra for 17 years and they have a little boy.  Reuben has travelled to both the Middle East and Rwanda to visit our partners.

Wes Turner

Secretary

Wes Turner has experience in both engineering and management.  He was a graduate of Texas A&M University where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering. He also earned a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Texas at Dallas. Wes serves in the children's ministry and guest services at his local church. He has been married to his wife, Julie, for 11 years and they are the proud parents of two sons and a daughter.  Wes has been to Rwanda to visit our partners and projects.

Ross Pehl

Ross is a professional pilot, farmer, and rancher with management experience.  He earned his pilots’ licenses through Texas State Technical College and has since instructed, flown air ambulance, charter, private, and served as a chief pilot.  He serves in the children’s ministry (Awanas) at his local church.  Ross has been married to Mollie for 11 years and they have a son and a daughter.

Candelaria Bejarano

Cande is a professional in the nonprofit world.  She holds a Bachelors in Communication with a minor in Political Science from the University of Texas PB.  Cande serves in the children’s ministry in her local church and has been married to her husband, Jesus, for 8 years.  Both she and her husband have been on a mission trip to Brazil with Randy Clark’s Global Awakening.

Joy Field

Joy is the pastor of children’s ministry at her church.  She also has experience teaching in public schools and has worked in the nonprofit sector.  Joy holds a Bachelors in Early Childhood Education from Texas Tech University.  She and Landon have been married for 26 years and have a son and a daughter.  This summer, Joy is leading a missions trip to Albania.

Casey Wilbanks

Treasurer

Casey Wilbanks has experience in management and finance. He is a graduate of Texas Tech University where he earned a Bachelors in Accounting.  He’s been married to his lovely wife, Jennifer, for 9 years.  They have 2 sons and a new daughter. 

Kendra Willard

Executive Director

Kendra has a Bachelor of Natural Science and Biology from Central Christian College in Kansas.  Formerly a scientist for a pharmaceutical company, an environmental technician in the oil and gas industry, and a project manager; she left her career in 2016 for full-time ministry.  Now she gives her time, unpaid, to the running of this charity.  

Kendra is an ordained minister through Joan Hunter Ministries and loves travelling the world to meet with our partners and donors.  She volunteered with Crisis Response International, where she gained valuable missions and logistic experience in the US and abroad and has served many ministries and charities locally, too.  

Kendra is a 2018 graduate of the Nonprofit Management Center's "Generations" class.  She serves on the prayer team of her local church, is married to the love of her life, Reuben; and they have a precious little boy.
